Developer of Retail, Office and Industrial Parks in Las Vegas, NV. Assignment - Represent Crowne Development with the purchase of raw land, the highest and best use analysis, and the lease up/sale and disposition of retail, office and industrial projects.
Hawkeye Investments:
Developer and Operators of Convenience Store/Gas Stations in Las Vegas, NV. Hawkeye develops with the Chevron, Arco and Sinclair brands. Assignment - Represent Hawkeye Investments with the purchase of existing facilities and the purchase of raw land for ground up construction for new facilities. I also sell or ground lease their excess pads within their developments.
Campbell Lodging:
Developers and Operators of hotels in the Western United States. Assignment - Represent Campbell Lodging with the purchase of raw land for hotel development and sell excess land and pads.
SRH Hospitality:
Builders and Operators of hotels nationwide/Area Franchise for Genghis Grill. Assignment - Represent SHR Hospitality with the purchase of hotels and with the property for sale or lease for Genghis Grill.
RVM Pharmacy:
Developer and operators of pharmacies nationwide. Assignment - Represent RVM Pharmacy with the purchase of land or buildings for development or pharmacy retail stores.
Traded on NASDAQ. Owners and operators of U Swirl Frozen Yogurt. Assignment - Represent their interests in Las Vegas with the development of new U Swirl Frozen Yogurt stores valley wide.
City of Henderson:
Competed for and won a contract to represent the City of Henderson with their interests in Commercial Real Property.

List and sell SBA owned properties in the Las Vegas area.
